Important Information-Please read all information carefully
- There is NO entry fee for this exhibit.
- Call for artwork is by invitation only.
- All entries must be for sale.
- All work must be original.
- OA Gallery percentage for sold artwork is only 20% of the sale price for this special event.
- OA Gallery Best of Show Award of $300 chosen by the owners of OA Gallery.
- People's Choice Award of $100.00 will be conducted by ballot during opening reception for the exhibit.
- OA Gallery Exhibit Awards will go to 3 artists chosen by the gallery whose work is considered exceptional. The recipients will be invited for representation by the gallery for a period of 6 months with a commission rate of only 35%. At the end of 6 months, representation may be extended at the OA Gallery's request. The number and size of pieces is not limited to the small works submissions. A representative of the gallery will contact the award winners with details in January, 2016.
- OA Gallery reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not conform to the submission guidelines, works that are considered to be offensive by the gallery, or for any other reason.
- Entries submitted may not be substituted without prior consent from OA Gallery.
- OA Gallery is not able to insure your work but makes every effort to secure your painting. You may wish to consider purchasing your own insurance.
- You will receive confirmation of your submission via email. Please allow 2-5 business days for confirmation. Successful submission of the form does not constitute confirmation. Please contact us if you do not receive a confirmation email.
Image Requirements
- Two dimensional works only
- Maximum size of paintings: 12 inches on the longest side (not including framing/matting)
- Maximum outside dimensions: 18 inches on the longest side (overall size including framing/matting)
Submission Form Requirements
- Maximum file size of 2MB
Framing Requirements
- Professional gallery framing. No gallery wrapped canvases without frames.
- Only wire hangers, no sawtooth hangers
- Must include printable inventory form on back of painting
Shipping/Packing Requirements
- Hand delivery accepted at OA Gallery during regular hours on Friday, October 23 or Saturday October 24.
- Ship in Air Float or similar containers.
- No wood crates. No packing peanuts. No heavily taped bubble wrap. No screws.
- Must include prepaid and printed return shipping label.
- If shipping, use only the address below and NOT the gallery address.
- Make sure to include inventory form to be taped to back of each piece.
